LingvoSoft EnglishAlbanian Talking Dictionary for Pocket PC translates from English into Albanian, and vice versa, and provides speech synthesis.

The ability to pronounce English words is the distinguishing feature of this dictionary. You do not have to check the transcription, merely select a word and make the speech synthesizer pronounce it for you in a single click.

The new English-Albanian dictionary is an extensive language resource. It features a searchable database of 400,000 words and phrases.
